30-Day Refund Policy

 

At Hamilton’s Aerial Solutions, we are committed to delivering high-quality aerial photography, videography, and related services. If you are not completely satisfied with our work, we offer a 30-day refund policy under the following conditions:

 

Eligibility for Refund

 

To be eligible for a refund:

    •    Your request must be submitted within 30 days of the service delivery date.

    •    You must provide a clear reason for dissatisfaction or a description of the issue with the service.

    •    Refunds apply only to services purchased directly through Hamilton’s Aerial Solutions.

    •    The request must be made by the original purchaser.

 

Non-Refundable Items

 

Refunds will not be issued for:

    •    Services that have been fully approved and delivered as agreed

    •    Project cancellations made after substantial work has already been completed

    •    Custom or on-location drone footage where weather or airspace conditions impacted shoot quality despite best efforts

    •    Delays caused by third-party restrictions (e.g., FAA regulations or site access issues)

 

Refund Process

    1.    Submit your request via email to hamiltonsaerialsolutions@gmail.com with your name, order details, and reason for the refund.

    2.    We will review your request within 3–5 business days.

    3.    If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

Revisions Before Refund

 

In some cases, we may offer complimentary revisions or alternative solutions before issuing a full or partial refund.
