At Hamilton’s Aerial Solutions, we take pride in providing high-quality, custom-fabricated foam products to safely transport and store your aerial equipment. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.
Processing & Shipping Time
Due to the custom nature of our foam fabrication, all orders require up to 2 weeks for production and processing before shipment. We will notify you via email once your order is ready to ship.
Shipping Coverage
We currently only ship within the continental United States. We do not ship to:

Alaska or Hawaii

U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam)

APO/FPO addresses

International destinations
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via trusted carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, or USPS) with tracking information provided once your item leaves our facility.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time after the shipping confirmation, please contact us within 7 days at hamiltonsaerialsolutions@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
